Mark Ronson’s 9 Siblings Ranked Oldest To Youngest

Known for having collaborated with artists such as Lady Gaga, Amy Winehouse, and Bruno Mars, Mark Ronson is probably one of the most famous record producers in the world. Born in London to Laurence Ronson and Ann Dexter-Jones, his parents divorced when he was still young.

His mother, Ann, soon remarried Mick Jones, the guitarist of the famous band the Foreigner, and had other children from this second marriage.

Mark’s family has Ashkenazi Jewish descent and Russian, Lithuanian, and Austrian origins. Together with his siblings, Mark was brought up in Conservative Judaism, a religious movement considering Jewish law as subject to historical development. Mark’s original surname was Aaronson, but his grandfather, Henry, decided to change it to Roson.

Due to his parent’s divorce, Mark had a total of nine siblings and step-siblings. Some are also working in the music scene, while others choose sports and fashion as their main career paths.

10. David Ronson

Unfortunately, David Ronson is a very private person, and for this reason, we couldn’t find much information about him. However, his brother Mark has published a post on his Twitter account stating he decided to sponsor David, who took part in a sports event on the 9th of April 2022.

We can therefore assume that David likes fighting sports even though we are not sure whether this is his main career. David decided to devote all the money collected to GlobalGiving, an organization providing humanitarian assistance to the people of Ukraine.

Roman Jones was born in 1969 and is now 53 years old.

He came into the world in Toulon, but his family soon relocated to the UK, where he grew up with his brothers. Here he soon got in contact with a number of artists and musicians and decided to get into the entertainment sector.

Roman works as a nightlife operator, event producer, and hospitality entrepreneur. He owns and manages several nightclubs ranging from Mokai, Kiki On The River, El Santo, Baby Jane, Mandrake, El Diablo, and Rio On The River.

8. Mark Daniel Ronson (September 4, 1975 – Present)

Mark Ronson was born in 1975 and is now 47 years old. He is known in the music scene as a talented DJ who collaborated with artists such as Robbie Williams, Miley Cyrus, Duran Duran, Amy Winehouse, Adele, Bruno Mars, Lily Allen, and Lady Gaga.

Mark was born in London but grew up in NYC. He attended New York City University, where he soon became known among his peers for his talent as a hip-hop DJ. In 2003, he released his first album, Here Comes The Fuzz, which did not make the charts.

But this didn’t stop Mark, who collaborated with artists such as Lily Allen, Christina Aguilera, and Amy Winehouse in the following years, producing several albums for them. Later in his career, Mark released other two albums, Version and Record Collection, which became popular in the UK.

Mark became known all over the world for his single Uptown Funk, released in 2014 and featuring vocals from Bruno Mars.

7. Samantha Ronson (August 7, 1977 – Present)

Samantha was born in Camden, London, in 1977 to Ann Dexter-Jones and Laurence Ronson. She attended the Chapin School on Manhattan’s Upper East Side and then went to New York University where she studied creative writing and philosophy.

Despite what most people think, Samantha didn’t plan to get into DJing, which all happened by chance. According to her, one day, she received a call from a local club asking her if she wanted to DJ there for a few nights. Initially, she was not fully convinced, but her friends pushed her to accept the offer so she decided to take the opportunity.

Despite this being the first time for Samantha to DJ in such a big public event, growing up in a musical household really helped her. In an interview, she declared: “I grew up in the studio with songs. My stepdad wrote some pretty f—ing incredible songs. My brother made his records because he likes making songs.

So, the standard was set pretty high for being true to what you want to do. I’m not just going to hand my song over to a producer; I want to be there every step of the way… I feel like when you’re doing what you love, instead of fitting yourself into somebody else’s box, that comes across.”

Eventually, her business grew so much that she spun live for MET’s New Year’s Eve show for their studios in Times Square and other massive events such as the Super Bowl, the Cannes Film Festival, and the Pan American Games.

Samantha has also played in private events for celebrities such as Jessica Simpson, Ellen DeGeneres, Jay-Z, and Natalie Portman.

Charlotte Ronson is Samantha’s twin sister. Unlike Samantha, she decided to pursue a career in fashion, and after graduating from New York University, she majored in Studio Art. She then also interned at Harper Bazaar with famous designer Cynthia Rowley.

Charlotte opened her first shop on Elizabeth Street in New York, but the brand has relocated to Mulberry Street. Her clothes have been worn by celebrities ranging from Andy Dick, Lindsay Lohan, and Nicole Richie.

Throughout her career, Charlotte designed a collaboration called Play for Urban Outfitters and a line called I ‘Heart’ Ronson for JCPenney.

Charlotte is married to frontman Nate Ruess. The two had two children, a son, who was born in February 2017, and a daughterm, who came into the world in April 2019.

5. Henrietta Ronson (June 4, 1978 – Present)

Henrietta was born in June 1978 and is currently 44 years old. Unfortunately, she is a very private person, and for this reason, we don’t have much information about her. We do know that Henrietta and Mark share the same father and that she is working as a lawyer in London, mainly representing celebrities.

4. Alexander Jones (1986 – Present)

Alexander Jones was born in 1986. Unfortunately, we do not know much about him except that he works as a DJ.

3. Annabel Charlotte Jones (June 26, 1988 – Present)

Annabel is one of Mark’s step-sisters. She was born in 1988 and is currently 34 years old.

Annabel grew up in Milford Haven, Wales, and studied developmental economics at the London School of Economics. She graduated in 1994 and then started to work for different television production companies in the neighborhood of Soho in London.

Throughout her career, Annabel became an executive at Endemol, a Dutch production and distribution company. She later started collaborating with Charlie Brooker at the production company Zeppotron producing five series of Charlie Brooker’s Screenwipe, Black Mirror, and A Touch of Cloth, a satirical police procedural first released in 2012.

In 2014, Annabel and Charlie Brooker decided to found the Endemol Shine production company House of Tomorrow, where Jones started to work as managing director.

1. Joshua Ronson (February 2, 1996 – Present)

Joshua Ronson is Mark’s youngest sibling, as he was born in 1996 and is currently 26 years old.

Joshua works as a Banking Analyst, but apart from this, we do not know much about him as he likes to keep his life private.
