Leslie Bodart is the daughter of Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall. Her father was a famous film and stage actor, while her mother was an American actress. Leslie was born in August 1952 in LA and grew up with some of her siblings and half-siblings.

Stephen Humphrey Bogart was born in 1949 and is Leslie’s oldest brother. He is the only son of Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall.
Stephen came into the world at the Cedars of Lebanon Hospital and grew up with his sister Leslie in Holmby Hills, a neighborhood of LA. Among his neighbors were famous actress and singer Judy Garland and Frank Sinatra.
Unfortunately, Stephen’s father died when he was still a child in 1957. Consequently, his mother decided to relocate to NYC, where she had an apartment at The Dakota.
Here, Lauren married a man called Jason Robards and sent her kid to Milton Academy. Stephen graduated in 1967 and decided to enroll in the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in English. However, he soon realized that was not the right university for him and moved to Boston University. Here, he met Dale Gemelli, and the two married in 1969.
Stephen first worked as an insurance agent while studying mass communication at the University of Hartford. After graduation, he pursued a career as a broadcast journalist. At 39, he returned to New York to become NBC’s Sunday Today producer. Talking about his personal life, Stephen now has three children and lives in Naples, Florida.
Stephen also oversees the management of the real estate of Humphrey Bogart. The estate hosts the annual Humphrey Bogart Film Festival. This takes place in Key Largo, Florida. The business is also one of the founding partners of the liquor brand Bogart Spirits.

Sam Robards is one of Leslie’s younger brothers. He was born in 1961 and is now 61 years old. He came into the world in NYC and is the only son of Jason Robards Jr. and Lauren Bacall. Unfortunately, his parents divorced when Sam was only seven years old due to his father’s problems with alcoholism.
A few years following the divorce, Sam lived for a short time in the UK, during which he studied at the American School in London. He then returned to NYC, where he enrolled at Collegiate School.
After graduation, he attended Sarah Lawrence College and was expelled for bad grades and unacceptable behavior. He then enrolled at the National Theater Institute at the Eugene O’Neill Theater Centre in Connecticut.

Jake Robards is Leslie Bogart’s youngest sibling, born in 1973.
He grew up on Broadway and frequently saw his father performing revival shows ranging from The Iceman Cometh to Long Day’s Journey Into Night and You Can’t Take It with You. Jake often had a great view of the performance from the theater’s wings.
Jake studied at the Greenwich Country Day School and then enrolled at Greens Farms Academy. He met the love of his life when he was extremely young, in eighth grade.
Jake was a good student and was elected class president twice while attending the Hotchkiss School. He was also the captain of two sports teams, soccer, and sailing, of which he won the national championships.
Following his graduation, Jake decided to enroll in law school but then changed his mind and majored in International Relationships with a minor in French. After college, Jake attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts but dropped out to participate in independent theater performances.
During these years, he played several roles, from drug smugglers to soldiers suffering from PTSD and even a young Adolf Hitler.
Jake also had a successful career as a voice-over actor. He participated in several campaigns for famous brands ranging from l’Oréal to Dunkin’ Doughnuts and Domino’s Pizza.
One of the highest peaks of his career was when Jake performed on Broadway, together with Paul Newman and Jane Curtin in a show called Our Town.
