Antron Pippen was the son of Scottie Pippen and Karen McCollum and the oldest of their children. According to his father, Antron possessed the same gifts that turned Scottie into an NBA superstar, and he was NBA-bound if it weren’t for his struggles with chronic asthma.
Antron was a top college prospect and played for South Georgia Tech and Texas A&M International. But tragically, in 2021, Antron passed away. Details on his cause of death have remained unknown.
Scottie Pippen expressed his grief over the loss of his son with a post on social media.
“I’m heartbroken to share that yesterday, I said goodbye to my firstborn son Antron. The two of us shared a love for basketball and we had countless conversations about the game. He continued, “Antron stayed positive and worked hard, and I am so proud of the man that he became.”

Scotty Pippen Jr. is the 21-year-old son of Scottie and Larsa Pippen. He’s recently caused a few rumbles around the league for his outstanding play in the 2022 NBA summer league, already showing flashes of defensive excellence like his old man.
Unlike his father, Scottie Jr.’s path to the NBA hasn’t been as sure a thing as it was for the perennial all-star.
After going undrafted in the 2022 draft, the Los Angeles Lakers decided to take their chances with the potential late bloomer and signed him to a two-way contract between the Lakers and their developmental league affiliate team, the South Bay Lakers.
In college, Scottie Jr. was an instant contributor, scoring 21 points against the Austin Peay Governors men’s basketball team, which was a season-high for any freshman. He averaged 12 points and 3.6 rebounds per game, setting the tone for an even better sophomore campaign. By junior year, he was named to the First Team All-SEC and proved he was NBA ready.
If his time in the 2022 Summer League is an indication, he’ll adjust to NBA-caliber play in no time.

She is the daughter of Scottie and Larsa Pippen. She’s become best known for her frequent appearances on her mom’s social media, posing next to children of other celebrities like Kim Kardashian’s daughter, North West.
