Although he didn’t have any formal training as a musician, Mishra was interested in the performing arts from the time he was a child. However, it was only after going to university that his passion for singing and music developed, and he began to pursue it more frequently.

He started a band with his friends, and his band began to audition for and take part in various reality shows. Still, Mishra did not pursue music as a full-time career, and began working in the corporate world for a time to please his parents.
